Sean Parnell Endorses Bill McSwain for Governor

West Chester, Pa. — Bill McSwain, Republican candidate for Governor, today announced that he has received the endorsement of best-selling author and combat veteran Sean Parnell.

McSwain had this to say about the endorsement:

I am proud to receive the endorsement of my fellow veteran Sean Parnell, who has been an outspoken defender of our conservative values, constitutional liberties, veterans rights, and an advocate for hard-working families across the Commonwealth. Driven by our shared conservative principles, we will work towards victory in November and a safer, freer, more secure Pennsylvania for generations to come.

Sean Parnell echoed these sentiments and praised McSwain as the best candidate to lead Pennsylvania into a new era of prosperity:

Bill McSwain is a conservative outsider, a fighter and fellow veteran who served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and as President Trump’s U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As Governor, Bill will restore law and order, fight threats from the left to our constitutional liberties, and bring much needed election integrity back to our Commonwealth by repealing the unconstitutional no-excuse mail in voting law, Act 77. It’s not every day that you see an Army Captain cheering on a Marine Platoon Commander, but in this case, I am proud to cheer Bill on and give him my full endorsement.

Appointed by President Trump, McSwain’s record as U.S. Attorney demonstrates his fierce defense of constitutional rights, dedication to upholding law and order, and history of putting criminals and corrupt politicians in jail.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Bill served as a scout/sniper platoon commander in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was born in Philadelphia and raised in Chester County, where he lives today with his wife, Stephanie, and their four children.More information on McSwain’s background and platform is available here.
